I new what had happened and what was causing my eyes to excelerate my sight loss.

My provider who I wanted to see was in Tomah at the same time I had a meeting in Tomah. It worked out perfectly.

I thought the Doctor was going to order some eye drops for me but I don't think he did.otherwise fine.

I thought they were all very friendly. The dentist filled me in on everything very well. I felt better when I left. And like I said, I used to use computer, but I can't anymore. My computer ain't working. But yes, I enjoyed going there and I'll continue to go in there. The ones I've had have been good. And Dr. Justin, I think that's his name, is a very nice man, very informative. And the secretary or the treasure or the one that checked me in was very friendly. Everyone was friendly.

Usual as has been with them each year

I felt so good after my visit.

The check in process was prompt & efficient as was my experience with my initial exam by the optical assistant. Was a bit unhappy that I then sat in the exam room for well over 15 mins before the doctor came in to examine me. Then after he was done with me, there was no one at the front desk to check me out. Another patient even came in from the outside & he & I both waited for too long before someone showed up at the desk.

It was most wonderful! Dr. Atherton and the staff that worked with him was very helpful and caring. They advised me of every step. Dr. Atherton is pleasant and serious about helping me realize the seriousness of my caring for my eyes. He is forthright and encouraging. He tells me the truth even if it maybe painful to hear. He does for it for the caring about his clients, especially me!!!

Since I have moved to another city, I will be dropping this provider. He had a very reluctant, round about way of not providing me with a referral when I asked for one. Saying I don't need one, saying he could give me one, saying he doesn't know their records system and, ultimately not receiving a referral during this visit. This simple request created a rising level of frustration for me.

The showroom could use an update. Limited selection on eyewear.

I had a very bad reactions to the drops and they left me in the room alone. UGH. I was not impressed with the man 9did not get his name) who did my initial testing, felt as he was talking to himself most of the time, never knew when he was talking to me. The tech who administered the reliving drops was very concerned about my reaction and did get the Dr. When I got to the desk for my prescription I had to wait again. The lady who was to sell me new glasses was not the most helpful. Truly, the last staff that my husband had was much more helpful. I left and said I would come back to purchase glasses because of the bad experience. I need to know when the last gal who waited on my husband will be back as she was very helpful. Seems like every time we have an appointment the only staff that is the same is Dr. Atherton. So sad.

When you have been to another Emplify clinic in the past few months, you should not have to complete another pre check.

My experience was great. They were very fast and I had excellent care.

Wasn't happy with the person that we ordered glasses. She didn't help to find many frames, just said that was all as I wanted a all in one nose piece.

Dr Justin is a very compassionate and caring person. He takes time with you and listens to your concerns.

This was my first appointment with a new eye doctor. He had all my records, had reviewed them and knew exactly what my conditions were. Very kind and helpful. I couldn't be more pleased.

Dr Atherton was very helpful and answered all my questions as usual. Everyone was and have always been very helpful. MyChart has been a problem for me many times. Finding what I want and then have to go back and forth to check on the past. There used to be graphs that were very helpful but cannot find them anymore.

Always very thorough, and easy to understand. Just love everything.

The digital sign in is redundant ! There should be a bypass if Your info hasn't changed & you see the same Doc more than two

I felt good about the in person process. I had trouble with the online pre check in. It seemed not to work at first, and took a long time before it would update. I don't know if that is "normal" or not. I had to update to my new insurance coverage.

It was great! Will continue getting all my eye care done with them.

Wasn't able to order my contacts that day. Was told I would get a call to do so later that day. Didn't happen. Still have not received the call so will try to order off of MyChart.

This is the second time with this doctor, I say he is so personable, kind, listens great, answers questions in a professional manor and is honest which is unique, I would be heartbroken if he leaves.

Dr Justin explains everything so clearly and makes it all easy to understand. He is very thorough and appointments with him are some of the best medical experiences I've had. I would definitely recommend him!
