I I was seen for my appointment very quickly. My doctor took the time to ask if I had any concerns and was very thorough. Dr. Gerig is a very competent and caring professional. The staff at Gundersen are professional and personable.

I know everywhere is short staffed and the provided was very apologetic and I was fine waiting. But with waiting almost an hour no one checked on me or even let me know my dr was behind.

My appointment went great except the software wasn't working. This was my first Medicare appointment and the cma was not able to enter in my answers to the questions. Also my physician said the software had messed up my family history. It doubled my siblings. I also received phone calls and messages to schedule my mammogram, but I had a double mastectomy at your hospital and it should never come up as a scheduled test.

Dr Gerig is outstanding. She is my main care provider. I feel blessed to have her in my corner.

Dr. Gerig always goes above and beyond every time I meet with her. Her attention to details regarding my health is exceptional.

No reason for me to get to my appt 10 minutes early to have to wait for 50 past my appt time. No one assured me that I was not forgotten, or just running a little behind schedule. I had to approach the check in desk to see why I still wasn't seen yet. This is the first time this has happened to me for such a long waiting time beyond my appt time. And it will be the last I assure you. Sure after I complained about the wait then everyone apologized..too little too late..my patience was exhausted. As I was at the check in desk then they finally called my name, again 50 minutes past my appt time.

After checking in with the assistant I was in the room for 45 minutes waiting for the Doctor to begin my annual physical . My appointment was 1 :30 saw the Doctor @ 215.

Yes, they're outstanding. Couldn't be happier. Because I've been lied to by other departments. But they're really good staff, everybody. Very, very exceptional. Can't say any more.

Dr. Gerig has been my provider for a long time. She always answers my questions in a way that I can understand. I am not hesitant to ask her to explain things again, if needed. My visits with her have always been great ones, even if my health issues and test results were not what I wanted them to be. She offers solutions/suggestions that work out for me, and there is always improvement in my issues! In my humble opinion, she is a huge asset to the Gundersen Health/Emplify system.

This was my first MyChart appt. It was easy to navigate. The RN was very helpful setting this up and the provider was prompt in completing the appt.

Exactly what I needed and I hope the treatment was the solution. No symptoms yet and I still have the very red spot that is very firm to the touch. My annual is just around the corner and I'll be sure to show the Dr. the spot where I had the tick, so she can see if it looks odd and if anything else needs to be done.

Everything about my visit was excellent.
