My chart is very confusing and very confused. They do not spell out things very well. It tends to skip around a lot. I went through numerous changes of appointments, not because of me, but because of Gundersen Lutheran. And to that extent, I would give it a one. The provider, I'd give a ten. That's enough.

I had difficulty getting online with my phone. Had to switch to my tablet which was fine but wasn't able to reach a virtual tech to assist as they were too busy. The woman who called to check me in by phone never told me her name and wasn't very nice. She asked me a bunch of questions and had a blah type mood. I have NO issues with Julie. She is always very kind and accommodating and knowledgeable. My only issues were the video set up hiccups and the woman who checked me in via phone.

I am very comfortable seeing Julie and talking to Julie. I have been to her before a while ago and she helped me with an intestinal problem that I had with my bowels for years and she got me on the right track and I was so happy to see her the other day too. So I think she is, I'm so comfortable with her. Thank you. Bye.

I was late for my appointment because I went to the Onalaska Clinic instead of the hospital in LaCrosse. With the application I was able to tell the hospital that I was on my way and that I would be late without making a call and I could focus on driving. This was an awesome ability to have and there were no issues checking in once I arrived. I was glad that my appointment wasnt cancelled because of my own mistake and that I was able to communicate with the team at the hospital to let them know I was on my way and able to check in remotely.

Julie was wonderful with my older teenaged daughter. We came in frustrated, exhausted, and sick. We felt heard and understood. Julie was thorough and kind. She listened with empathy to our laundry list of health problems which included many that were not related to her specialty area. Even though we weren't able to leave with answers, we did leave with a game plan of next steps. Thank you Julie for meeting us where we were at physically and emotionally that day.

This appointment was for my son who was having problems and it was going to be over a month to be seen. I talked to the charge nurse who listened to my concerns and got him in sooner which is greatly appreciated. The provider we saw listened to his concerns and got his next testing scheduled sooner than we were told was possible. This was life-changing for my son to be finally heard and provided with some answers to the problems he was experiencing and not just tell him it was anxiety which his other providers told him when he really did have a condition causing all of his symptoms!! Grateful for you all and wish all providers listened to their patients like you did!! Thank you!!
