Julie has been amazing and so supportive if my new diagnosis. She listens, she is relatable and personable and makes me feel at ease during my visits. Its refreshing to have a specialist that listens, provides options and encourages the patients active participation in their care. I am grateful to have her directing and supporting my care with empathy.

Julie was very easy to talk with, I felt very comfortable with the conversation. Julie could relate to some things since she had some of the same experiences. I feel like she's trying hard to get to the bottom of my issues so they can improve.

My chart is very confusing and very confused. They do not spell out things very well. It tends to skip around a lot. I went through numerous changes of appointments, not because of me, but because of Gundersen Lutheran. And to that extent, I would give it a one. The provider, I'd give a ten. That's enough.

Very positive experience, Julie was concerned about my condition and my experience where I was referred from did not think it was an issue to be concerned about.

I had difficulty getting online with my phone. Had to switch to my tablet which was fine but wasn't able to reach a virtual tech to assist as they were too busy. The woman who called to check me in by phone never told me her name and wasn't very nice. She asked me a bunch of questions and had a blah type mood. I have NO issues with Julie. She is always very kind and accommodating and knowledgeable. My only issues were the video set up hiccups and the woman who checked me in via phone.

I am very comfortable seeing Julie and talking to Julie. I have been to her before a while ago and she helped me with an intestinal problem that I had with my bowels for years and she got me on the right track and I was so happy to see her the other day too. So I think she is, I'm so comfortable with her. Thank you. Bye.
