The adjustments given by Joshua Potaracke greatly improve my quality of life, because my pain level is so much lower. He also cares about me as a person.

This provider is very congenial and knowledgable. He based his action during the second visit on what I told him about the results of the first visit and my observations.

I feel like I'm just a number. No one really cares about what I need. Its about how they can convince me I'm there for my best interest. In reality, I find none of my care related to my health and wellness as a whole. Hoops, hoops, hoops. I left my visit with no help to relieve my pain. Just a convincing discussion it will be addressed at some point. I get immediate care and relief from pain from the Neighborhood Clinic and independent providers. Sadly I'm being forced to use Emplify for insurance reasons after a car accident. What a farce and at my pain and expense. Shame on this system.

Very good experience

I was so impressed with the care I received. The doctor had read my chart and was very, very familiar with my medical history. He explained everything so well! He also explained everything he was going to do and what to watch for in the days following the procedure. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family.

Dr Potaracke is a great doctor and a genuine person. He has given me so much pain relief since I have been seeing him.

I do not use MyChart, etc. So I answered your middle choice of 5 to continue. I would say that you must absolutely treat Dr. Potaracke as though he,himself, were unique. For he most certainly is. I have seen many similar providers in my years and what you have in Dr. Potaracke is a gem that must be treated as such. He listens, offers sound advice that works if you adopt it, and he knows exactly what he is doing. I simply feel blessed to be in his trusted care. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Dr. Potaracke.

I do not use My Chart for check in. I do confirm appointments from text message. (But you send way too many !) My check in time for a 7:00 appointment is 6:45. No PL was there. A sign sat in the lobby saying department was open 7-5. I wasn't the only person there ready to check in. 2 others were there and a family was pretty upset. Do Better!

Dr Potaracke did a great job of showing me on my X-rays where my pain and problems stem from and then explained how he would treat my problems. Very down-to-earth person.

Dr. Potaracke is excellent in all regards. He is very trustworthy, he's very knowledgeable, he's very thorough, and we trust him wholeheartedly with our health care. We commend him, and we are so very happy that he is our health care provider.
