The check-in desk receptionist needs a little more training on friendliness. When I told her there was a mix up in the last name spelling, she kept telling me that my child had no appt. but I was showing her 3 things of proof. She then called over another receptionist and that receptionist prompted her to look up the appt under the spelling I was telling her about and it was there. She was very rude and adamant that we had no appt.

The only reason I'm with Gunderson is because of Dr. Joe being there. Thank you.

your records are not up to date and sometimes wrong; to many "cnns" doing the same thing getting ready to see the dr.

Wish the clinic stayed open later than 430 most people just get done work then at least till 6 a couple nights a week and wish they had more doctors hard to get apts very fast clinic should of been 2 stories just saying but I like the service there

Besides being a little behind, my experience at all stations within the office was great!

Dr. Lehner was wonderful. He asked lots of questions and listened carefully to my answers. After several minutes of talking with me, he provided three options and explained them to me thoughtfully. We decided together which option was best for a month trial and I would return in one month to follow up on how it was going. I felt valued and respected. What a nice man!
