I know what to do and didn't need Dr. To tell me re this issue.

The reason I put the rating for check-in was because there were four people at the counter for check-in, but one was helping someone with an appointment and the other three were all on the phone and the line started to build up because no one was free to check people in at that time. I suggest that you would have so many people assigned to phone calls, and the others would be free to take the people who are standing in line to check in.

This was my first visit with Doctor Lehner. He was great, answered all of my questions, very patiently and knowledgeably. I will definitely keep him as my primary care provider.

I avoided seeking medical attention for most of my adult life because I didn't want to deal with providers that I felt were more interested in my money than my actual care, but the staff at Gundersen/Emplify have always treated me with respect and (as far as I know) honesty- I am always comfortable during my appointments and with the staff I deal with!

No one knew what was going on I sat for 20 min with nothing. Then when I left I got call that I left before my appointment. I never did get to see what was on my MRI all they wanted to do was send me to LaCrosse. Not very happy with the whole thing. I still would like to know what my MRI said.

Dr Joe listened and provided positive feedback to our questions. His concern for care for the comfort of his patients is evident.

Very satisfied with my treatment DR. Lehner was very knowledgeable I don't like MyChart's access system to many hoops to jump through.

My son was extremely comfortable with the doctor and his nurses. He felt he was treated well.

Everything was at the highest level one might expect.

With my old provider living . I had to try a different provider. And I really like the provider that I tried . So I will be back to see him again .

Dr. JOSEPH LEHNER was a wonderful experience. Even though he is not my primary care provider. I was fortunate to get in with him ASAP and he addressed my concerns.

This visit was for coordinating and updating my medication prescriptions and providing information on my continuing M S treatment. I felt like I was listened to and concerns were addressed.

DR. LEHNER LISTENED TO MY CONCERNS. HE DID A GREAT JOB OF ADDRESSING MY QUESTIONS AND MADE ME FEEL AT EASE WITH MY CINCERNS. I DEFINITELY WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE IN NEED OF ANY MEDICAL CARE.

Joseph and his staff are the best. Joseph listens and answers any questions we had.

The check-in desk receptionist needs a little more training on friendliness. When I told her there was a mix up in the last name spelling, she kept telling me that my child had no appt. but I was showing her 3 things of proof. She then called over another receptionist and that receptionist prompted her to look up the appt under the spelling I was telling her about and it was there. She was very rude and adamant that we had no appt.

The only reason I'm with Gunderson is because of Dr. Joe being there. Thank you.
