Dr. Thompson is so skilled, in a nice calm way. I try to work my appts. around his schedule so that I can get him. The secondary staff were helpful and kind also. It was a good visit, on my birthday.

It was very good. I enjoyed it all. No waiting. They took me right in. It was excellent.

Well, I feel he's a very good doctor and super. But only one thing, he's always too much in a hurry. He just pops in there, does his thing, and if you even want to ask him a question, he's usually gone by that time.

I appreciate all the contacting me about the appointments I've had but for me it's over the top a bit. I don't need all the reminding but I don't actually mind.

I had questions to ask but the Dr seemed rushed and just kept pushing i needed injections and nothing else. I want questions answered when i am there and not on the DAY OF getting the procedure done.

The My Chart was difficult to enter medications as not all options were available. It also stalled out twice, so I gave up entering them. I use My Chart for Olmsted Medical Center without difficulty so I don't understand the issue I'm having. Also, will not come up as an app on my phone except when I get an email or text message.

I am very satisfied with the care I received.

Staff was very friendly and swerved any questions I had. Dr. Thompson has a great bed side manor when explaining this. The nurse helped me at the end was very cordial with a great personality. We talked for a few after bout my dog. Unusual to have a conversation not regarding the procedure. Had a human touch it. Enjoyed it very much.

Overall, I was very pleased with my visit.

I'm usually a Mayo patient. This is the third different dept. where my husband and I have had treatment. Each dept. has been extremely friendly, giving us all the time we needed. We are very happy with the care we've been given. Thank you.

Dr. Thompson was great. I requested him. He does his job well, in a kind way. He has the skills and empathy, which in not always the case at Emplify. When I got home, I felt better than any other time I've had this procedure. The supprt staff couldn't have been nicer. They did everything they could to keep me comfortable. I plan to stick with him as long as possible.

I had called the day before to see if I was gonna get the injections or if it would be like a meet and greet because I could've taken something to decrease my anxiety. I was told that I wouldn't get the injections so I didn't take the med. It worked ok but would've preferred that there was a possibility that I would get the shot. Thank you.

When I checked in it would not except my address. It said it doesn't exist. I lived at this address 22 years.

Everything was rushed. I got there early but there was just one person at check in. Then it was twenty min after my appointment time before I was called . Then everyone commented on how they were behind which made asking questions seem annoying. Also I would have liked more explanation of the procedure. I came away clear that there were lots of choices for "being put out" but not really clear what would be done to me or what I could expect to deal with after. Everyone was very nice and very efficient but after awhile that just made me less confident about going through the procedure recommended.

The physician and his care team were excellent. I had done my checkin online so I just needed to stop at the front desk to say I was there and to make my payment. That whole process was very impersonal. I wasn't sure if there would be anything else and the attendant finally stated that I was done. I picked up my purse and moved away with no comment as to where I could go or which door I would be called from, etc.

I have trouble using My Chart with Gundersen. I have no problem with Aspirus my chart.

Well, I'll tell you his staff that got me ready, that works with him, were very professional. They're really great. The only drawback that I have, and it really ain't much of a drawback, they try to rush you through. I mean, you're just with the doctor, just, well, he's just in there. They have everything ready for him. And I mean, he's out in, well, three seconds, three, four seconds and it's all over with. I wish he would take just maybe only an extra minute or so to just, you know, just talk to you. Because you more or less talk to your technicians if you have any questions or something. But he did put on a different medicine a little better. He thinks it's going to make a little improvement. So I want to thank him very much for that. I would say that you're very professional down there and keep up the good work.

I had to sign for my husband so that a colleague of Dr. Thompson's could do the injection and he had a bad experience where the whole rest of the day he was just blowing his nose. We've hardly had any of that so maybe a colleague did the injection. That's it.

My only concern is that no one went over the pre appointment questionnaire I filled out. I plan to ask a few more questions via MyChart.

I had to sit in the waiting room for almost 2 hours before I was taken into a room and then was told that the Dr would see me in about 10 minutes.

I traveled three hours round trip for this appointment because the Emplify clinic in Friendship does not have the equipment to perform the YAG laser treatment that I needed. I spent more time traveling than I did for my entire appointment in LaCrosse. Please, consider providing the Friendship clinic with the necessary equipment needed for treatments such this.

"unique person" - odd question - what are you looking for with that term. For myself: I want to be treated with the respect due a normal Person.

i did the E Check in - but when i got to the wiating room, My Chart did not ask me if i was there orto let them know that I had arrived so I had to check in at the desk. But Dr. Thompson is amazing.

Dr Thompson is professional yet personal. His manners are very polite and his knowledge is impeccable.

It was very fast and efficient! I was done and out of there is less than a hour. Very good results.
