I called the Mondovi office to make the appointment. Upon arrival we learned the appointment had been made for Whitehall since all calls go to both clinics and whoever picks up first schedules it at their clinic. This was very confusing. Mondovi ended up being able to see my daughter right away, so there was no delay.

When I go the feel like I'm in good hands! I wanted to see my regular doctor but she wasn't available so I made an appointment with John and he was great! The nurses are wonderful and caring too.

This was my first visit to Mondovi as my previous doctor at my last clinic retired and I had a very good experience. I plan to come back as everyone was very pleasant and helpful. Thank you very much.

The reception staff, nursing staff, lab tech, and Dr. Snyder were exceptional, so friendly, courteous, and professional. Doctor Snyder was very thorough and knowledgeable, as well as taking the time to listen to my concerns and taking the time to explain things plainly and clearly. He has a fantastic personality, and I have complete confidence in him. Everyone was great.
