This was my first visit to Mondovi as my previous doctor at my last clinic retired and I had a very good experience. I plan to come back as everyone was very pleasant and helpful. Thank you very much.

The reception staff, nursing staff, lab tech, and Dr. Snyder were exceptional, so friendly, courteous, and professional. Doctor Snyder was very thorough and knowledgeable, as well as taking the time to listen to my concerns and taking the time to explain things plainly and clearly. He has a fantastic personality, and I have complete confidence in him. Everyone was great.

The options on your phone system are confusing and don't give me an option to call the Mondovi clinic.

I needed to be seen for an acute symptom and all the staff members I interfaced with were kind, compassionate, and understanding. I was able to been seen immediately and by the time I walked out of the office, my symptoms had already began to subside.
