I've been privileged to have the same provider for 19 years and he is a great fit for me. He listens, explains, and helps give me perspective on my various issues/concerns.

The whole pre-check-in thing online on MyChart is a farce. It's hard to use and you can't go back and forth and it asked me to put my credit card number in and you have my credit card number in file. I don't know I had to do that. It's a bummer, a bummer, a bummer.

Amazing personal care from every staff member. Thoroughly pleased with the care I received..

Excellent facility and medical team.

Dr Conzemius is an excellent, well trained physician. He worked me in to his very busy schedule, ran tests and discussed results that were available while I was in the exam room. He explained results in terms I can understand, and did so respectfully and confidently. I highly recommend him! His nursing and office staff are always friendly, kind and respectful too! Grateful for everyone in GIM!

I've had Dr Conzemius as my primary care provider for many years now, he also sees my wife. He knows us well as a family unit. He see us, our life style, diet, exercise routines. I think this allows him to make better decisions medically for us.

Everything was perfect but every time I visit my PCP, I get the feeling he is pressed for time. Understandably, he has a busy schedule, but I get the feeling he is anxious to take care of me so he can move on to his next patient. The only way to solve that I believe is to allow more time between his appointments.

Having to get a six digit code number each time you use My Chart is ridiculous when we already have a password and user I.D. Over the top security.
