Dr Conzemius is a wonderful doctor and a real asset to your organization.

Dr. Conzemius is always good. He is on top of test results and shots needed. He is very helpful overall. The person who gave the shot was very slow in pulling it altogether and actually giving the shot.

The nurses were welcoming, courteous, efficient and through. Dr. Conzemius is the most kind, empathetic and caring doctor I have ever met with. He is a gift to his patients and I am so grateful for his support, kindness and medical care.

I've been privileged to have the same provider for 19 years and he is a great fit for me. He listens, explains, and helps give me perspective on my various issues/concerns.

The whole pre-check-in thing online on MyChart is a farce. It's hard to use and you can't go back and forth and it asked me to put my credit card number in and you have my credit card number in file. I don't know I had to do that. It's a bummer, a bummer, a bummer.

Dr Conzemius is an excellent, well trained physician. He worked me in to his very busy schedule, ran tests and discussed results that were available while I was in the exam room. He explained results in terms I can understand, and did so respectfully and confidently. I highly recommend him! His nursing and office staff are always friendly, kind and respectful too! Grateful for everyone in GIM!

I've had Dr Conzemius as my primary care provider for many years now, he also sees my wife. He knows us well as a family unit. He see us, our life style, diet, exercise routines. I think this allows him to make better decisions medically for us.
