Joel A Burnet, DO

I have gone to this particular provider, Dr. Burnet, for quite a few years. And he has been the same from beginning to end. He's always been very thoughtful, listened carefully. He just right away makes me feel that I can tell him whatever I need to tell him.

While I find My Chart useful, my wife does not, mainly due to it's growing complexity (probably driven by Government policy and mandates)

Dr Burnet listen's to all my concerns and discusses me the best plan or solutions. He is very thorough and makes me feel comfortable with treatments moving forward.

I don't know how he does it. MD Burnet, even when running behind schedule he never makes you feel rushed. He is present and listening to your needs/concerns. I always feel heard and my concerns are always addressed and validated. I appreciate it when he has students because I know that they are getting one of the best providers to learn from. He is grooming the next generation for success and I know when the day comes and he retires (not for a long time I hope) I will be in great hands at Emplify because of providers like him training in the next generation.

I waited an hour for him to come in but he never showed up. I checked the hallways and saw nobody so I left. I will not go back to see him and definitely will not refer anyone to see him.

My husband and I are both so happy to have Dr. Burnet as our primary care doctor

I'm just getting a little older and do not care about most digital methods for getting access to My Chart

Dr. Burnet and his staff are always top-notch. I have never had a complaint with them and they treat you respectfully and they act professionally and I enjoy always meeting Mr. Burnet, Dr. Burnet and his staff. They're all very nice people. Thank you.

I feel fortunate to have Joel Burnet as my PCP; he has treated me for over a decade. I feel comfortable with him, and we've had some good conversations. I recommend him highly, though he's already very popular, so I doubt he needs more patients.

Dr Burnet does not rush you, includes you in the decision making process, follows thru with whatever consult or communication needs to be made. Is an excellent listener. His manner is always positive and pleasan.

I have been seeing this provider for a long time. I trust him completely. I trust all the nurses that work with him. I think that that whole wing down there does a fantastic job.

Dr. Burnet listened to me, reviewed the different methods that have been used to deal with my recurrent pain, and helped me devise a plan to use moving forward. I feel better now about possible outcomes of dealing with my condition.

Dr. Joel Burnet is professional, friendly and extremely helpful.

Due to parking difficulties I was 5 minutes late for my appt. Was told provider would have to approve being seen. When told I could be seen, was told I was fortunate provider was flexible. Not helpful or welcoming..bad attitude. Realizing I should have allowed more time I explained & apologized but felt it was a rude response given in an abrupt manner.

Dr. Burnet was the best ... I was very pleased with my visit with him. He took the time to answer my questions and concerns. The support staff was also superb.

Staff seem very comfortable working with each other and happy in their environment. Relaxed and professional, happy to be working there. You don't always see that at the other clinic(s) in the area.
