I was nervous about choosing a new care provider after my long time doctor retired. Jessica Spindler was wonderful. She listened carefully, asked good questions, and thoroughly reviewed my medical history. She took a lot of time to get to know me and I left feeling good about my experience.

Yes, Jessica is just an absolutely perfect caregiver. She is so knowledgeable and caring. I hope she just stays there forever and ever and I can just keep her as my caregiver. Like I said, she's excellent.

I have been going to this clinic for over 60 years. I believe Jessica has shown the most interest in what I say and explaining things to me then anyone and I've seen many providers. I have referred her to a friend who also has the same opinion of her. She is awesome.

Jessica was wonderful and reminds me of the old Gundersen where doctors and staff took the time with patients and had general conversations on daily life. Treating me, the patient like a person and not a number generating money as I've seen happen over the last few years at Gundersen. The new name will have that turn style reputation and not Gundersen.

Though I did not know this Dr Jess was very efficient and caring. I would not hesitate to go to her again. All staff members were kind and considerate. Thank you for a reassuring visit.

Checking gals are the best, kind and caring. Jess is so knowledgeable, listens better than any medical person I've seen, honors what I know and how I feel about what she offers as a plan of treatment.

My first appointment, I checked in and never she never checked me in. Went to front desk lady said I wasn't checked and I had to reschedule. Poor service. The provider was excellent. Will continue to return because of the provider

Yes, that was my first appointment with Jessica and I was very pleased with her attitude and her way of handling things and answering my questions. I was very, very pleased with her all over the way she handled everything. I was a little hesitant about having my first appointment with her, but she was just wonderful.

My first visit with Dr. Spindler was great! I liked her from the moment I met her...she told me things about my meds that I did not know and explained why they would or would not work! She took time to answer all my questions! A friend of mine told me about her and highly recommended her and I am so glad she did! The nurses and everyone that works with her were also friendly and explained things I needed to know! I really like this facility and I would personally recommend it to anyone!

Jessica does a good job along with compassion, caring and understanding. It is so important to feel like the provider hears our concerns and issues. She took her time which I am sure she didn't have, so appreciate for knowledge and kindness.

It's uncomfortable for me to talk about my sex life and related issues. The provider took a topic I found to be awkward and put me at ease. Letting me know that my issues are common and can be resolved. She did a fantastic job!

This was my first appointment with Jessica Spindler. She was very thorough in her questions and explanations. She took time to listen to my concerns about the current health issue and my past experience. She answered any questions I had while offering options and suggestions. She explained what to expect now and going-forward. She genuinely cared and was very respectful A very good experience.

Great team

With this new transition with Emplify Health I experienced frustration at the check in and check out process. My heart goes out to the receptionist as they have their hands full. Trying to set up appointments to getting after care print outs is impossible. After care notes are not getting from doctor to receptionist by time to checkout. This process is taking far too long. Total frustration!

Still need to work on figuring out use of MyChart.. guess I'm lost in the 19th century! I have never left an appointment with Jessica Spindler with a stone unturned. Jessica Spindler is, from what I have experienced, professional in a personable manner, compassionate, and knowledgeable. Above all, she is an outstanding listener.

All staff were professional, courteous and friendly.

Need to check for carotid arteries & abdominal aneurisms.
