I am very grateful for the visual visit option. I needed someone to listen to my need for pain relief.

Always an easy seamless process going to Gundersen,Dr Shimshak is great A+

She listened to my concerns. She checked with a pharmacist about restarting a medication for me. I am restarting at a low dose as to not have any bad side effects. She explained the reasoning to me.

Jennifer Shimshak is the best. We discuss all my concerns and she is very knowledgeable and helpful. The only problem is that I have to make an appointment a year ahead of time. When health problems come up during the year she will help me with a referral but I can't see her on an ongoing basis. Other people have told me that Internal Medicine is short providers. I wish I could see her for health concerns that come up during the year.

Jennifer Shimshak is an amazing PA and I am so glad that I got a chance to see her. She knows what she's doing. She knows how to care for people. She knows how to explain medical situations. So I thank her for this excellent care.

I have NEVER been to a care provider who listens as well as jennifer does. No matter what the subject she is always well informed. She also does a great job of followup.

Provider was in a hurry to get on with this visit, continually asked "what else" after she answered my question. I felt like this was an oral exam for her. Affect was cold. I/my insurance pays your providers to manage my Healthcare. Its impossible to find an empathetic provider. I feel the Neighborhood Clinics have better personalized care.

Jennifer was very helpful and knowledgeable; I was unaware there was an option to work with her on understanding glp weight loss medications. Thus, when I messaged my Dr. on mychart, I received a quick response to explain various options. In turn, decided to go a different direction and work with her on moving forward. In turn, my husband is using this option as well. Thank you.
