Jennifer was fabulous: clear, concise, knowledgeable, and also a good listener. (I do think you need a slightly different set of questions for telehealth appointments)

Jennifer was very nice and extremely understanding and helpful.

I felt like Jennifer was the first practioner who actually listened to me. She was able to explain things to me in a way that didn't make me feel like I was overreacting about the symptoms I have been experiencing. She took her time to ensure I that understood my care plan going forward and also gave me hope for recovery. She made me feel like I mattered and didn't just rush through the appointment. I very much appreciate that.

Jennifer was very thorough, and good. It would be nice to get to see the internal med doctor that Ron normally sees so we don't have to have extra visits.

Dr. Shimshak listens and communicates very well. She explains things well and discusses options. I really feel confident with her and trust her.

Jennifer is always welcoming, understanding and efficient. I can go into a visit feeling very overwhelmed and she really helps me feel comfortable. She is thorough and I leave feeling like all of my questions have been answered and I have a clear understanding of the plan moving forward.
