I felt that the ear cleaning with the wax was very uncomfortable and it hurt and they didn't seem to care that it hurt and the water was cold when they started and then they put hot water or warmer water in but then they forgot to spray the thing out and it was cold again. The pain was terrific in my ear. I don't know why but and they did get a lot of wax out. Okay, otherwise everything went very well. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

J. Hust explained side effects of RA medication, ordered by a different physician. I appreciated her through questioning of my symptoms. I feel confident in the care I receive from her.

Alma clinic is so convenient and you can get in whenever you need care. You feel like they actually know you and care about helping feel better.

Jennifer Hust was so wonderful to work with and you can tell she really listens and cares about her patients! I am looking forward to seeing her for all of my future primary care needs.

My appointment was during a power outage. All of the staff were calm and reassuring. What I was there for could be done without the electricity. Jenny even went to the hospital area to get a battery operated scope to check out my ear. I was very impressed at how well everything went. It was clear to see that there had been extensive training for this problem.

They are all very caring and professional.
