Very professional, yet caring

Jennifer talked with me, examined me and explained a treatment process. Her words and manner put my mind at ease because I was fearful of cancer in my mouth. If this treatment doesn't work as hoped, then I know what the next steps are.

Between the texts, phone calls, and emails it's a little overwhelming amount of communication. Especially if you have multiple visits scheduled in one calendar week.

If I would have had to been capable of finding employees, alternate medical providers from my specialty, which would have been able to give to the patients the same level of respect and professionalism, which I experienced in my recent appointment, I would have found them to be of the most valuable employees, which I would have been able to retain. I am exceptionally and profoundly pleased

I went through several appointments with other doctors that swept my symptoms away acting like they didn't exist. I felt so unseen and unheard. Jennifer was different! She listened and it felt like she cared about the pain I was experiencing. I was very pleasantly surprised with my appointment with her.
