She had a student with her that day, and he was very knowledgeable.

The experience was great as usual. This was the first time I was helped by Jennifer. She was very efficient and helpful with her answers to my problem and questions.

I feel my concerns were not addressed during my visit. I brought up several symptoms I was having and I felt as though the provider was more concerned with charting than listening to my concerns. The provider also charted that she examined my mouth, nose and throat and she never looked at any of those. The only thing examined was my ear. I feel as though I still do not have any answers to my questions that I went to the appointment for. Now that I have seen her for a consultation I do not believe my insurance will pay for another visit for me to see anyone else and now I am still having issues and won't be able to have them addressed.

Very professional, yet caring

Jennifer talked with me, examined me and explained a treatment process. Her words and manner put my mind at ease because I was fearful of cancer in my mouth. If this treatment doesn't work as hoped, then I know what the next steps are.
