Jennifer Albrecht is wonderful! She is kind, knowledgeable, goes into detail while reviewing everything with you so the plan is clear. One leaves believing in and understanding the positive outcome of past and future treatments.

Very thorough explanations from PA Albrecht. She outlined choices and options for treatment. Reviewing screens of scan results was helpful. The nurse who checked me in was a good listener and reassuring.

PA Jennifer Albrecht is so welcoming, observant, refers to details in my history and so in tune with me as a returning patient. I have recommended family members to her.

I have trouble getting into MyChart, as well as understanding how to get where I want to go. But the people were very polite, very thorough and very efficient.

Jennifer is an outstanding Clinician. My visit with her was a consult to determine that I do have Osteoporosis, r/t a fall in March, resulting in a broken femur. She explained in depth how to handle this dx, including IV infusion of Reclast, continuing use of Calcium supplements as well as calcium heavy foods, and continued exercise at an exercise class I attend. Jennifer is very approachable,knowledgeable and not in a hurry. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Jennifer Albrecht is a true asset ti Gundersen. If it wasn't for her care, guidance, and knowledge I wouldn't be where I am today with my diabetes. She is amazing!!

It's time for you to reevaluate your check in online. Having to answer the same questions for every department is ridiculous. Don't you have a system that connects all departments together so if a patient has to see a doctor in a different department, they don't have to answer the same questions again and again and again. Doesn't your system "save" information to be shared with other doctors? Maybe you should think about going back to paper if you can't get a system that brings you into 2026. Apart from that, Dr. Albrecht was really nice and knowledgeable. For that, I am thankful.

I had a wonderful experience with Jennifer Albrecht at the endocrinology office. She was incredibly knowledgeable in explaining my options for treating clinical osteoporosis and took the time to walk through everything in a way that was easy to understand. What stood out most was her genuine compassion. I never once felt rushed - she made me feel like I was her only patient that day. That level of care is rare and deeply appreciated. The only downside to my visit was the check-in process. There was only one person working the front desk, and it took about 15 minutes just to get checked in. While I know there are MyChart and text options, I wasn't sure if those would be acknowledged while standing there, so I waited in line. The staff member was kind and apologetic, but it seemed like additional support could have helped during a busy time. Overall, Jennifer herself was outstanding and made the visit worthwhile.

This is just an overall observation. People using cell phones seem to think that everyone is interested in listening to their conversations. While waiting for my husband at the Onalaska Clinic, there was a lady in the ophthalmology waiting area who was talking very loudly on her phone. Apparently the person on the other end had to hang up for a while, but they soon reconnected--no emergency, just chatting. At my gym, they have a sign that says something like, "We realize that your calls are important, but please return the call later or take it outside away from our other clients." I would love to see something like this in your waiting areas.

Jennifer does sit and listen to you. And she asks me alot of questions too.

Jennifer Albrecht was just amazing. She was articulate and concise yet I understood everything she was explaining to us which in the world of endocrinology is not an easy task. I felt involved in planning what needs to happen going forward to assess what my particular situation is and how to fix it. She even gave me her business card so I could get a hold of her if I thought of questions or concerns after I left.

Jenifer and the rest of the team have always been very supportive and helpful in getting my numbers back in check to the point where I won't need to use Insulin anymore. I couldn't have done it without them.

We dealt with two different issues that needed explanations and treatment plans. Jennifer handled both to my satisfaction. I was glad I got to see here again.

Endocrinology seems to be the most organized department in the clinic! When they tell you they will contact you to make an appointment, they do that! They make appointments up to 6 months before and they make sure you are notified then! Very efficient department!

Parking is difficult. entrance by revolving door needs to be nicer. Inside of doors where there were decorations was dirty and item was tipped over. Not impressed.

Since I have some mobility issues to deal with, I am greatly appreciative of the kind and patient way I was treated by all the people that helped me. It's confusing to get an email several days before an appointment asking me to "check in." To me, checking in is something you do once you get to the waiting room for the appointment.
