I pre-registered online but new insurance information may not have transferred in. The pre registration took longer than I thought it should.

You don't take VSP. Sad face.

I felt that I had a thorough exam. The technician was very efficient and didn't waste any time. Dr. Tomlinson went over everything and did a thorough exam and addressed my issue with dry eyes. We had help with choosing new frames. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. Overall, it was a great experience. I highly recommend the Eye Clinic to my friends and family.

Great to have eye care in Wabasha.

My visit was for an eye exam follow-up. I wish I could have been told I would NOT have my eyes dilated so I could have driven myself instead of having someone drive me.

Jennie is an exceptional doctor. Extremely thorough, had actually read my chart and knew my medical history, explained things in layman's terms and was just plain a pleasure to have as my eye expert.

Jennie is just great-very personable and also knowledgeable! She was very willing to meet me where I was with my eyesight and offered reassurance that all the changes I am noticing are normal parts of aging that I am addressing appropriately. A great addition to the Wabasha team!!!

First time to eye Dr. in years and it was a great experience. I felt relaxed with the people.

I waited in the waiting room there for a half hour before I got to see the doctor. That's the only thing I got to say about that. Other than that, everything was good, but I had to wait in a chair to get my eyes checked for a half hour before I seen a doctor. That's it. Goodbye.

I thought Jennie Tomlinson was outstanding. I've already recommended her to a number of my friends and family. The only thing I would suggest is your pre-appointment intake information that you send online having to answer all of those repetitive questions, especially if you have numerous appointments within days of each other. I would suggest eliminating that.

The Eye Department, what a awesome team. Everyone is so friendly.

I didn't find a couple of people who worked with me to be as profesional as I'm used to. Kind, yes. Fast and quick does not equate with profesional to me. I expect good language skills from profesional as well. Overall, I did like the procedures and how much smarter eye vision evaluation was done. Perhaps my attitude needs adjusting. I'm aging, but I'm smart, well educated and not slow...seemed that's what they were expecting from me.

Extremely kind staff

The check in person was not the best. She was busy and she should have said something about being with me shortly but just kept typing away ignoring me.

The only thing that I don't like is that they do not accept my insurance when it comes to the purchase or frames or lenses. I need to go to a different place to use my insurance for the purchase of new glasses. Sure I can get glasses from the Gundersen location BUT my insurance isn't used, I'd need to pay standard cost.

My chart is very hard to use

As a first time experience with Dr. Tomlinson, I was quite pleased with her knowledge and friendliness. I was excited to know that she will be able to come to Wabasha in the future for a shorter commute as I live in that community.

I had a very good experience however the attendant did not inform me as to when I could expect the amount of time my new glasses would be expected to arrive. I had to back track when my attendant was with another patient. I was very pleased with the overall care and concern I was treated and would highly recommend Gundersen eye clinic to my friends and family.

The assistant was very rude about not having my eyes dilated when the doctor said every couple of years is fine.

Consult with Eye dr. Was fantastic. Dr. Tomlinson. Eve glass consultant was fantastic. Told me the truth, was not in it to make a big sale. She listened and understood what I wanted.

Dr. Tomlinson is thorough, kind, clear and seems to really care about her patients. It's unnerving to have age related vision issues, and I'm glad to have found her to take care of my eyes in this stage of life.

Dr Tomlinson is excellent in every detail. I had trouble with getting access to MyChart with the 'double verification' or whatever it is called- I haven't tried it again yet, but it seemed to have a lack of user friendliness.
