Provider was very thorough and took time explaining everything.

Dr. Jennie is very thorough and answered my questions concerning my eye issue . She listened to my questions and answered them . I highly recommend her she's very knowledgeable and professional.

Online check in always says I can check in online and I do follow the prompts to do so but it will always say go to the desk and check in! Only frustrating feature I find that happens every time. Both kiosks at the Winona Gundersen building are never running. Always need to check in with a person which I find very frustrating and inefficient! One time they almost didn't let us have our appointment because we stood in long so long and it was too close to our appointment time and they were going to turn us away because of it!!!

Overall I left the appointment energized with positivity and appreciated how well understood I felt!

I'm very happy getting all my medical need at Gundersen.

Dr. Jennie Tomlinson, along with her support technician could not have been better from a customer service standpoint. I am so grateful to have this service available to our service area, and to have the quality of providers in our affiliate location is truly something to be proud of!!

The week before I had an appointment set up. The message says "arrival time". At all other clinics "arrival time" is check in time and gives you a grace period of 10-15 minutes before your appointment. I was 7 minutes late for "arrival time" which is very different than "appointment time". I was told they wouldn't see me and to make another appointment. The following week my "arrival time", was 2:20, but I didn't actually see the doctor till 3:18. I waited almost 15 minutes to be lead to the room, saw the tech for 10 minutes than sat and waited another 30 minutes before the doctor came in and this happened because I was so fed up, I opened the door to leave. So it's ok for empathfy to make a patient schedule a new appointment for being 7 minutes late, and at the next appointment sit and wait for a doctor who is almost an hour late. Your double standard doesn't work for me. Do you get what's wrong with this picture? Doctor can be u exceptionally late and there is no grace for patients who are marginally late. Even if some had the decency to poke their head in the dark room and say, the doctors running late, we apologize it will be another 15 minutes... But I got nothing ! Terrible customer service.

I appreciated that the doctor added some tests to the blood work scheduled to check on some other conditions we have been watching. The doctor was also very helpful answering questions I had through MyChart

It was a great experience. The staff was personablle and reassuring. The first time I left a Clinic looking forward to the next exam and realizing I had to wait 12 months. Ha!

I appreciated the digital check in process and the ability to tell the system I was running late for my first appointment. However I wish the system would have informed me that I would need to reschedule if I would be more than 5 minutes late so I wouldn't have wasted time driving there. I also think there may have been an error in the system thinking I simply missed my appointment because I got an automated message saying "we missed you. Would you like to reschedule," when I rescheduled the day of my appointment when I tried to check in late. It was minimally frustrated and definitely my bad for being late, but communication could be improved

I pre-registered online but new insurance information may not have transferred in. The pre registration took longer than I thought it should.

I felt that I had a thorough exam. The technician was very efficient and didn't waste any time. Dr. Tomlinson went over everything and did a thorough exam and addressed my issue with dry eyes. We had help with choosing new frames. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. Overall, it was a great experience. I highly recommend the Eye Clinic to my friends and family.

Great to have eye care in Wabasha.

My visit was for an eye exam follow-up. I wish I could have been told I would NOT have my eyes dilated so I could have driven myself instead of having someone drive me.

Jennie is an exceptional doctor. Extremely thorough, had actually read my chart and knew my medical history, explained things in layman's terms and was just plain a pleasure to have as my eye expert.

Jennie is just great-very personable and also knowledgeable! She was very willing to meet me where I was with my eyesight and offered reassurance that all the changes I am noticing are normal parts of aging that I am addressing appropriately. A great addition to the Wabasha team!!!

First time to eye Dr. in years and it was a great experience. I felt relaxed with the people.

I waited in the waiting room there for a half hour before I got to see the doctor. That's the only thing I got to say about that. Other than that, everything was good, but I had to wait in a chair to get my eyes checked for a half hour before I seen a doctor. That's it. Goodbye.

I thought Jennie Tomlinson was outstanding. I've already recommended her to a number of my friends and family. The only thing I would suggest is your pre-appointment intake information that you send online having to answer all of those repetitive questions, especially if you have numerous appointments within days of each other. I would suggest eliminating that.

The Eye Department, what a awesome team. Everyone is so friendly.

I didn't find a couple of people who worked with me to be as profesional as I'm used to. Kind, yes. Fast and quick does not equate with profesional to me. I expect good language skills from profesional as well. Overall, I did like the procedures and how much smarter eye vision evaluation was done. Perhaps my attitude needs adjusting. I'm aging, but I'm smart, well educated and not slow...seemed that's what they were expecting from me.

Extremely kind staff

The check in person was not the best. She was busy and she should have said something about being with me shortly but just kept typing away ignoring me.

The only thing that I don't like is that they do not accept my insurance when it comes to the purchase or frames or lenses. I need to go to a different place to use my insurance for the purchase of new glasses. Sure I can get glasses from the Gundersen location BUT my insurance isn't used, I'd need to pay standard cost.
