Cardiology Providers have been excellent, but the scheduling system is broken and access is a problem. You can have the best providers, but if you can't get in to see them and access services, their value is lessened and patients will look for insurance options that provides them with a choice of providers and patients will go elsewhere to seek cardiac care.

#1 PA JENNA BEARDSLEE is so GOOD! My wife and I know so much more about my condition since her arrival and when our appointment is done, we never leave without knowing what is our next step. Jenna has educated us so much that we can talk to family and friends and educate them about my health. #2 Jenna's team is just as good as her. I'm so grateful I have been put in her care!

A "shout - out" to NP Jenna Beardslee. She is, by any measure, a truly dedicated professional who takes great pride in providing those patients entrusted to her with superb health care. She did a very good job. The problem that I have is, I've been a fib for six months. I think you should get more people so that you can take care of business supposedly that's why it took so long for me to get an appointment.

Jenna Beardslee was exceptional. The need for this appointment, for me ,had me very on edge and as nervous as I've been in my health journey. I could not have asked for a better patient experience than the one I received from Jenna. She not only met me with patience and compassion, but her knowledge and ability to explain things at my level and make me feel validated and heard was top notch. I'm very thankful to have her on my care team.

I am so blessed to have Jenna as a provider and I am so comfortable with the care I am getting. She answers all my questions and really listens and makes sure that I am taken care of. 20 years of electrophysiology care at other clinics and after my switch to Emplify I am finally comfortable with my heart care. It really means a lot!

The nurse that did my EKG is SOOOOOO nice. Jenna does listen to you she sits and faces me and actually listens and answers all of my questions. She is very hard to see with appointments, I know why she is so likeable. Everybody loves her.

The only complaint I would have is the wait time to be called in to see the Dr., it should not be 30 minutes. Everything else was very good!

The MA that was there was absolutely wonderful. Jenna is someone, honestly, cardiology isn't an appointment I like to go to, but this was my first time with her and I truly, truly felt like she cared. It was probably one of the best experiences I've had with Gunderson. Jenna is great and actually, it would be wonderful if you could pass that on to her. Um, I would trust her with my life. Thank you.

I was a bit confused by messages from MyChart. I received a text message at 12:45 p.m. asking if I was in the waiting room. My arrival time was 1:25 p.m. My appointment time was 1:40. When I responded that I was not in the waiting room, two of my options were cancel or reschedule the appointment. That left me with the impression I was late for my appointment when in fact I was not due to arrive for 40 more minutes. My appointment with Jenna was very informative. I appreciate the way she explained the results of my ablation procedure and answered my questions about heart health moving forward. I felt like she dedicated quality time with me.

Coming here from a much smaller (and dedicated) community, the size is a bit overwhelming. The extra walking is beneficial, directions are clear. I will get used to it. The schedule printouts are absolutely the best.

JENNA L BEARDSLEE is a breath of fresh air and has an amazing way of talking to a patient. She is definitely the "Queen of the Pacemaker" and a treasure/asset to Cariology. All the while I've had my device, I never had the explanation of its function and how it impacts my heart. AND, she does it in plain easy to understand fashion. Not sure what you're paying her, but it is not enough!

Cardiology seems to be understaffed. They need more providers. It is difficult to get appointments as directed by the providers themselves. The wait time for imaging is far too long and unacceptable.

Great provider. Answered all my questions and put me at ease for my procedure. Felt like I made a new friend! Only suggestion for people having a loop recorder placed. Tell them them to come prepared to download an app on their smartphone if they have one. I had my phone but don't do much with apps so didn't know my apple password. Luckily, I was able to set it up myself when I got home, but would have liked to had the rep explain the use rather than tutorials. But I still got what I needed

The cardiologist lady, Jenna Beardslee, very good woman, very good doctor, very good. Both of the nurses I've seen, one before and one after, very excellent, excellent people, very good people, very helpful, very informative. The scheduling and stuff that you have on that end is pretty much terrible. But Jenna Beardslee, the other nurses or whatever they are at the thing, very, very, very good job. I appreciate everything everybody has done.
