J.B. Was present! She read my medical history before meeting me which saved face to face time. She noticed that something was not explained when I was in for earlier in emergency- it was on my list of questions.... Great explanation, she used my data and pictures of the heart so I could understand. She was very aware of my heart issues and was able to explain how you all were going to fix me up . ?

The provider was very friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. She was great.

The doctor was a half hour late

Jenna is wonderful, explains things well and LISTENS, never seems rushed.

The medical assistant was very insistent that I get on the scale even when I told her I had been to the clinic recently. I know from the past I can decline to get on the scale. I also needed an EKG run. She told me to take off my shirt and sit on the table. She opened the door and left it open while she went to get the machine. When she was done did the same thing. Maybe they could have alittle cover up to wear during this test.

I liked the nurse practitioner very much. She gave all the information I needed and she was very considerate, helpful, and compassionate.

The Nurse Practitioner was very knowledgeable and thorough. Professional, kind, and respectful.

Cardiology Providers have been excellent, but the scheduling system is broken and access is a problem. You can have the best providers, but if you can't get in to see them and access services, their value is lessened and patients will look for insurance options that provides them with a choice of providers and patients will go elsewhere to seek cardiac care.

Jenna Beardslee is an excellent NP. She uses her experience and knowledge to create a context for excellence in practice. Her personal warmth adds to her effectiveness.

She answers all my questions and really listens and makes sure that I am taken care of. 20 years of electrophysiology care at other clinics and after my switch to Emplify I am finally comfortable with my heart care. It really means a lot!

The nurse that did my EKG is SOOOOOO nice. Jenna does listen to you she sits and faces me and actually listens and answers all of my questions. She is very hard to see with appointments, I know why she is so likeable. Everybody loves her.
