My old Dr. retired that I saw for many years. He gave me thorough check ups. My checkup with Dr. Addison was minimal at best and he never checked me for something I had a concern about. Maybe this is the new way of doing checkups? Do I make special appointments for my concerns? I have to take off work for appointments so I'm going to need to re evaluate my choices.

Having to wait months to be seen as a new patient is unacceptable. I had several serious needs for care and had to go to walk in and Emergency downtown. What has happened? And even as an established patient in Derm, when I called for a new shingles diagnosis, they said it would be 2027! I may need to go to Mayo since they have the depth to provide care and premier name in care. What's an Emplify? You had it all as Gundersen and threw it away. Curious what a year will bring for you. Your trajectory is looking bleak.

It was my first time seeing Dr Addison and he was very thorough and seemed to be a person that listened to my questions.

The pre visit call was confusing to me until I understood what was happening. I went in for my blood test shortly after being notified. For some reason, only one blood draw was taken. When I hade my phone interview, I found that I had to go back in for another draw. Two trips to the Holmen Clinic

It was very good new doctor spent time in reviewing all my health care issues and was very personable

My chart had issues getting in.

Dr. Addison did some post-appt research for a question I had and responded promptly.

As I always said. Love the hospital organization. Everything is in the same place and accessible. Great team. Great professionals. I'm grateful
