Long wait time. I waited in the waiting room for 30 minutes and then another 30 in the office for the provider. I ended up finally seeing the provider an hour after my scheduled time.

Janet was so easy to talk to! She explained things very well and set me up for success to feel better after my infusions. The infusion team of nurses were also wonderful and provided exceptional care. The entire team made the process easy and relaxing!
