Personal Statement
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, being outdoors, running and volunteering at my local animal shelter.

As usual, Janelle Lanz was well prepared and had reviewed my chart including recent visits. She is very aware of the drug interactions of prescription medications I take. She is very professional and friendly and cares about her patients.
