Highest praises for Janelle! She is an exceptional provider. MyChart is an effective and intuitive system that provides quick feedback and results. The only drawback to the digital experience is the repetitive emails and texts about the appointment - even after you've already checked in. Also, re: billing, I already paid the copay fee online two weeks ago but the system asked for payment again as though it hadn't been paid.

Very knowledgeable, listens to you, very friendly nice lady.

You guys need to quit the pre appointment questions re: do I beat my wife, do I drink too much, etc. That's such BS.

Main complaint is it's a hike to get to nephrology from any of the Gundersen parking areas.

Friendly and knowledgeable best describe PA Lantz's demeanor. She carefully talked me through all my test results and was aware of my interests and experience beyond the clinic walls.
