The nursing staff was unbelievably helpful. I have a hard time getting up and down from a chair or something that's very low and the nurse called someone to help her and they were so professional and so kind and helpful. It was unbelievable and I appreciate it very much.

My husband and I were very impressed and pleased with what we perceived as honesty and to the point description of my situation and how he could help. He explained everything very well and answered all questions we had. Before the appointment the people I spoke with took care of preregistration and insurance and directions with ease. We parked and went straight to the correct floor/office.

Dr. Baumgart treated me like I was a family member. Even asked if a Medical Student could do an initial assessment, she similarly was very kind. I always look forward to my visits with Dr. Baumgart, he is very complementary of my successes with my health management and nicely coaches where I need work.

Yes, I switched over there recently from Mayo and I was very impressed with my doctor, the x-ray technician and everybody involved. Cafeteria was good. I got a ride with that little cart. I had difficulty walking so I like that cart that they take you around and the driver was really nice. Overall, my experience was just wonderful.

They did a good job checking my condition; I was satisfied.

Dr Baumgart was very patient in answering all my questions, even though I tend to run on a bit. I felt, even though I know doctors are very busy, treated not as a old woman, but as a valued person with real concerns. I hope I will see him next year also.

I had concerns about my health problems going in to see Dr. But left the appointment feeling much better after the way Dr explained my situation. He is a very good doctor a and I am pleased to have him as my doctor

The doctor and everyone was very good, but I was disturbed when I got home and read my chart and the word severe was there and I couldn't talk to my doctor until the next week. So evidently the lab kind of mislabeled the word severe because the doctor released me and said there was nothing major going on. So just that communication. My chart, me reading it before the doctor. So that's all. Thank you.

It's been over a year that I've seen Dr Baumgart blood pressure still not where I wanna see it. Hopefully the medicine change helps.

Very concerned about the lack of doctors for this particular reason ( heart surgeon) he is the only one in the system. Is something happens what options will there be?

Very complete follow up visit. Explained the process I should follow moving forward. I had a request to see if I could speak to another member in the surgical department. Dr Baumgart and his staff did that and the person I wanted to have a short conversation with occured, the extra step was much appreciated.

Dr. Baumgart is a kind and very knowledgeable doctor. He explained everything thoroughly to me and my husband. My visit was a good experience because of Dr. Baumgart. Also the gentlemen at the desk was SO kind and nice checking me in and out of my appointment.
