Dr. Baumgart was wonderful! He was clear that he had reviewed my chart, and that he still wanted to hear my description of my history. He listened attentively, explained things well, and came prepared with diagrams and models to break down complex medical terminology into patient-friendly terms. The team working with Dr. Baumgart was also excellent. I particularly appreciated his scheduling team calling to get me in earlier than my original appointment date following a cancelation.

Dr. Baumgart was knowledgeable and he made it clear that I was in the right place.

Dr. B is the BEST. My best PCP ever! Whoever hired him should be on the honor wall for their foresight and intuition! And the RN/MA staff are even better! Rock stars all around! Too bad you can't bottle this and sell it! You'd be so flush you could buy Bellin and go back to being Gundersen! My spell check would thank you.

Dr. Baumgart was very friendly, made me feel at ease and knowledgeable. He sent me upstairs to see the ear doctor who was also very friendly and very knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to recommend either of these doctors or to see either of them again. I had messaged in the morning with a question and was very surprised and happy that I was able to get in the same day. They seemed more concerned than I was, I'm very glad I went in. I'll always recommend Gunderson!

Dr. Baumgart is a terrific primary care physician: he treats me like a partner in my own health care, providing his expertise and guidance, but engaging me to lead any decisions. I would have no qualms about having him care for any of my loved ones! (and he knows some really good dad jokes too)

The nursing staff was unbelievably helpful. I have a hard time getting up and down from a chair or something that's very low and the nurse called someone to help her and they were so professional and so kind and helpful. It was unbelievable and I appreciate it very much.

My husband and I were very impressed and pleased with what we perceived as honesty and to the point description of my situation and how he could help. He explained everything very well and answered all questions we had. Before the appointment the people I spoke with took care of preregistration and insurance and directions with ease. We parked and went straight to the correct floor/office.

Dr. Baumgart treated me like I was a family member. Even asked if a Medical Student could do an initial assessment, she similarly was very kind. I always look forward to my visits with Dr. Baumgart, he is very complementary of my successes with my health management and nicely coaches where I need work.

Yes, I switched over there recently from Mayo and I was very impressed with my doctor, the x-ray technician and everybody involved. Cafeteria was good. I got a ride with that little cart. I had difficulty walking so I like that cart that they take you around and the driver was really nice. Overall, my experience was just wonderful.

They did a good job checking my condition; I was satisfied.
