Everyone was so caring took my husband in wheelchair in so I could park car. After his care girl took him right down stairs and I got the car. Excellent people.

Male reproductive health becomes more important as we age... and tests like PSA require the Doctor to interpret for a patient. The Doctor did his best to explain for me and reduce my hypochondria. Thanks

Great provider (James Wise, PA)! Patiently listened, provided excellent information, and was not judgmental nor condescending during discussions. Reception referred to him as "Dr." Wise (??) Emplify needs to improve the parking, esp. the small ramp near the clinic = lousy access, very limited spaces, and tight corners!! Inevitably I end up at the south ramp (after circling the small ramp endlessly), and then I can no longer walk inside to the clinic.

Everyone did everything to make me feel calm. They told me everything they were going to do as the procedure was in process so that I didn't have any surprises. Thank you James Wise

James Wise was very pleasant, and we had a good conversation about my condition. While he's relatively young, he seems knowledgeable.

My wife and I have been so pleased with every experience at Gundersen, we're willing to travel the 90 minutes it takes for our specialty care.

Overall great experience and made the experience more comfortable for me.

After having the vasectomy I have to say that I would be nuts to go with anyone else. I put the balls in your court and it was nothing but a slam dunk. There was minimum hanging around and no ping ponging back and forth from room to room. 10/10

I connected well with James. He had a very good bedside manner and was very friendly and courteous. Those are absolutely critical elements for me. I thought he was quite competent and performed the procedure very well. I really liked and enjoyed James. I would definitely entrust my care to him again.

The people were wonderful and knowledgeable. The aggressive push towards technology is understandable but the opinion that it is "better" is unnecessary and annoying.

When I first arrived for check in, the representative was very nice and had a helpful demeanor. When I was waiting for my name to be called, and the person retrieving me was unaware how her asking of questions and disinterested listening affects others. Her bedside manner was lacking, and it seemed she did not see me, or understand my anxiety about my situation. I was relieved when she departed while I waited for the nurse to bring me to the procedure room. The nurse and PA were very aware of my anxious mood. They helped a bad situation become bearable, and for that I appreciate their professionalism and bedside manner.

I found that James Wise was a very competent and skilled medical provider. A very knowledgeable and keen listener and communicator. I have a high degree of confidence in his examination and recommendations germaine to my medical situation.
