I receive a few too many emails almost daily.

Much better than initial visit with Dr. Wise. I did not feel unworthy to warrant his full attention.

It was all great, the Dr and staff were excellent

The nurses were super. That is especially true of the one who went the extra mile to make sure I got to the car safe and sound. Hats off to the staff!!!!!

My regular provider retired. For a first meeting with James, this sent well.

Very caring. Explained everything so I understood it. Worked with a new person observing the procedure and it was fun to see them communicating.

After having the vasectomy I have to say that I would be nuts to go with anyone else. I put the balls in your court and it was nothing but a slam dunk. There was minimum hanging around and no ping ponging back and forth from room to room. 10/10

My appointment was thorough and efficient

I connected well with James. He had a very good bedside manner and was very friendly and courteous. Those are absolutely critical elements for me. I thought he was quite competent and performed the procedure very well. I really liked and enjoyed James. I would definitely entrust my care to him again.

The people were wonderful and knowledgeable. The aggressive push towards technology is understandable but the opinion that it is "better" is unnecessary and annoying.

When I first arrived for check in, the representative was very nice and had a helpful demeanor. When I was waiting for my name to be called, and the person retrieving me was unaware how her asking of questions and disinterested listening affects others. Her bedside manner was lacking, and it seemed she did not see me, or understand my anxiety about my situation. I was relieved when she departed while I waited for the nurse to bring me to the procedure room. The nurse and PA were very aware of my anxious mood. They helped a bad situation become bearable, and for that I appreciate their professionalism and bedside manner.

I found that James Wise was a very competent and skilled medical provider. A very knowledgeable and keen listener and communicator. I have a high degree of confidence in his examination and recommendations germaine to my medical situation.

All the doctors I have seen, which was many were very courteous and answered my questions.but some information I didn't understand but they explained it so I could understand.

PA Wise was very open to offering me ways to make decisions that would best fit in with my lifestyle. PA Wise is very friendly and casual in discussing my needs. He was quite familiar with my needs and was able to address them quickly and easily, while maintaining room for me to express any concerns I might have had.

The people doing the check-in for my procedure did not check me in properly. I had to go back and checkin twice. This caused a delay in starting the procedure. Apparently this has happened before so their training or computer system needs to be improved.

The pa that I had was great. (Jim) the nurse that help with the procedure. Must have been have a bad day. Wouldn't want to see her if I ever had a nother appointment. Othe than that everybody else was great

The check in person didn't complete the check in process and I sat in the waiting room for over an hour. The nurse was very apologetic about the wait time. They didn't know that I was there. The nurse and the doctor were very friendly and helpful.

I just wish my chart was easier to get into. It's a pain in the rear with the code. It should just recognize my phone and let me get into it

I'm hoping that connecting James Wise- urologist- with nutritionist that they can work together in coming up with menus to help people with kidney stone issues because of uric acid, purines, oxalates that finding right foods to be able to eat to prevent stones. It's not easy if it's not explained.

This provider was very thorough. He read my history and seemed like he has provided care to me many times before this appt.

The biopsy procedure went exactly as was previously explained to me. The guidelines for me to follow after the procedure were explained so I knew my restrictions and what to expect over the next few days.

I was very happy with the service there. I'm thinking of changing my health care from uw Madison to Gundersen in lacrosse. Thank you
