Jaime listens so well and helps me feel prepared for upcoming procedures by explaining things and answering questions. Also, because I was having a biopsy that can sometimes cause cramping, the M.A. brought me a warm blanket before the procedure to make me more comfortable. The little things really do matter, and I'm thankful for such good care.

The whole team was accommodating to my lateness (30 minutes). I had gotten lost and kept going to the wrong building.
