I checked in online vs stopping at the desk on the 3rd floor. The only problem I experienced is that I was sitting in the waiting room by the skywalk vs in the general surgery area. It was my first time visiting that department. I think some additional instruction on finding the department would have been helpful. Such as use elevator C and turn right when exiting and continue through the hallway to the department. I looked at the sign indicating 3rd floor but it was not clear where on the floor it was.

I'm still waiting for a call back from the front desk to set appointment up with another doctor and Jade at the same time.

Jade Eaton was very knowledgeable and nice! She listened carefully and I was happy with her direction. I'm glad I am seeing her again!

Harder to get into my chart

Jade is an excellent dietitian. She is so positive and upbeat. I would recommend her highly.

I want to see if I qualify for the shots, I need to loose 100 lbs. O have very poor health because of the weight. Please help me get these lifesaving program ASAP.

Jade is awesome! She is so easy to talk with. If I have questions she has always been able to give the answers or has looked for the answer. I would recommend her to any one.
