    This was not a pleasant experience. It began with demanding my weight. I was wearing outdoor clothing, heavy hiking boots, and I said, well, take off these boots. I haven't been eating much because of another test coming up. Just curious myself, heavy jeans, jacket, etc. And kind of object to me taking off the boots. And then they asked me how tall I was and I said, well, boots off, boots on, I don't know, so they measured it. And I said, well, how come on? I haven't measured myself recently. And they, this was the person before Jacob, said, well, it's in centimeters. And I said, well, there's 2.4 centimeters to the inch. So take the number of centimeters and, you know, divide it by, you know, a quarter. I don't have a number of inches. Well, I didn't want to do that. Then they got on the questionnaire, and they had to answer the questions into the computer. And one of the very first earliest ?

    Jacob Patty used a lot of technical jargon,ie; initials of words and test percentages unfamiliar to me that caused me to sometimes be confused .

    Thorough, personable, extremely knowledgeable, unhurried, paperwork authorizations were anticipated and arranged prior to appointment which allowed me to feel confident in moving ahead with treatment. Excellent experience!

    Jacob was knowledgeable, but I didn't feel comfortable talking to him because he kept saying stuff and not finishing the sentence, and I would rather have a different provider.

    We had to use the ipad because no live interpreter being there.. We DON'T like the ipad because I had to hold the ipad with my hands and there was no way to communicate with the doctor with my hands holding the ipad. They didn't provide the stand for the ipad. We REALLY WANT a live sign language interpreter to be there for all our appointments instead of ipad whether in La Crosse or Prairie du Chien. Thank you.

    Jacob was very complete, did not pressure me into things. He answered my questions and I had many. He gave me some things to try to improve my sleep. Invited me to message him with questions and we discussed a 6 month return appt if needed. He was a very good listener. The consult went very well.

    The entire team made me feel confident that my health is important. My only suggestion is that parking be improved at location. It is difficult to find a parking space.

    What does "unique individual " mean? I was told everything is okay but I don't know what all the info means. I filled out a questionnaire while I was waiting but that was never reviewed or discussed.

    This is a $55.00 waste of time. Literally 3 minutes tops with Doctor. My Cpap is working fine. I have no problem at all, but have to have a (punch my ticket) appointment just to be able to purchase Cpap supplies. What a waste of time and money. Emplify sure knows how to squeeze money from their patients.

    would like to see a doctor not a PA. isnt that what we pay for? driving 1 1/2 hours when a video meeting would of worked is not necessary. work it out with medicare etc. was good before, why not now?

    Was told I could not start the home sleep testing because someone goofed and did not do a pre authorization. I was referred by my primary doctor yet could not have the test. Made no sense to me given my doctor referred me. I would have had better service at Mayo and am considering going there for this. Very disappointed in the sleep apnea center at Gundersen

    I just would like to see someone at the lobby down in the, when you get on the elevator, to be able to help people up to the room. I am, I cannot walk very good, but there were no wheelchairs, and I was by myself, and I would have appreciated some help. but there was no one there to give any. That's all, thank you.

    Dr Patty and Receptionist were wonderful but the woman who showed me how to use the equipment for at my home to test for sleep apnea was undesirable. Very short. Made it obvious that I interrupted her day. Any question I had was a pain to her. Also, I think it's rude that the doctor can't take 5 minutes to call with results.

    No one explained why or apologized for the nearly hour delay in my early morning appointment starting. Waited 10 months for primary care recommended appointment. Sleep care provider not able to determine whether sleep test was appropriate or not for me with my total lack of symptoms. I had criteria of male over 50 with hypertension treated with minimal medication and large neck for the referral.
