I just can never get into my chart. I tried.

Dr. Bentley and the nurse were very helpful. They checked my son over very well, listened to all of my concerns, and went the extra mile by testing him for something after receiving the initial test results and found that he was anemic. And I'm very grateful that they took the time to read those results and take that step further.

Pharmacy was very wonderful and helpful

Clinic visit was great...no complaints. ER visit was somewhat disappointing. Too much to explain here.

Dr Bentley and his team were awesome. They listened to my concerns and things were explained so that I could understand them. Dr Bentley was very understanding about my concerns and made an future appointment to see him again to check on the recommendations that he made for me. High blood pressure is a constant battle for me and he adjusted my medications for that and also made recommendations for weight loss drugs for me to check with my insurance for coverage. He is my primary care doctor and when my previous doctor retired I chose him and I am not sorry. Not only is he a good doctor but he is also a great person. I am very comfortable discussing any medical issues with him. You have a great doctor and person to represent your hospital.

Trying to check my result on MY Chart after the visit was frustrating. The system did not recognize me. And I still have not been able to access my results.

I do not appreciate the nurse calling me hun or using other similar terms

Great People all around

Dr. Bentley was a personable and approachable physician that I saw for the first time. He helped direct me to the answers I needed for my healthcare questions.

After describing my problem on the phone, a nurse told me she thought I should come in and, while my physician wasn't in, Dr. Bentley could see me if that was okay. It was. I was surprised she arranged to get me in the same afternoon and on the eve of a holiday weekend. She said she didn't want me to have to wait three days before being seen. I thought that was very thoughtful and empathetic of her. Dr. Bentley took good care of me. Terrific service from all involved, including the nurse or nurse's assistant who checked me in and took my vitals.

I felt Dr. Bentley listened to me and answered my questions in detail. He also gave me information about my condition that I didn't know.

Appreciate their care.

My Chart could be much better. Test results are segregated and cumbersome Its difficult to track progress It's impossible to mark results of concern for further discussion with the medical team
