While attempting to sign-in My Chart before the appointment, perhaps because it was for an ultrasound, I was asked to respond to female gender questions that specifically referenced female diseases. I felt like you need to ask the patient's gender and separate the questions appropriately. I have only recently tried to use MyChart to check-in, and I was uncomfortable and not likely to check-in online for this test in the future.

Dr. Shak is so amazing, caring, friendly and supportive. She explained things to me in a way I would understand and made me feel comforted during my entire procedure. Cannot recommend her enough!

The doctor was a great listener and very good and patient at answering questions. The discussion we had was reassuring. I found her delightful, which is not how I'd describe most doctor appointments.

During my short wait between the nurse and my Doctor coming in, I enjoyed watching the cobweb fluttering with the air exchange and the dust on the roll around stool. Yes patients do notice those things.

Dr. SHAKHNOVICH and her team were wonderful. They made me feel very comfortable. They were very meticulous with the surgery and then the post-op appointment. I would definitely recommend them.
