This was my first visit with Ingrid so I really can't comment too much since everything, with regard to my arthritis is pretty much status quo. The redesigned My Chart is diddicult.

Continued issues with logging into MyCare from my Mac desk top computer.

Answered the same questions at check in as doing the online check in. What's the point of doing both?

Confusing co-pay. Was charged 137.00 hospital fee. It was a brief clinic visit, follow-up arthritic wrists. Physician fee was 295.00.

My chart is a pain that a pill can't reach I can never get to what I need without scrolling through a bunch of stuff before I get to what I need

Gundersen personnel are always friendly and very helpful. Dr. Wood specifically covered all the bases and made me feel comfortable and well informed.

Everyone was very pleasant.

No issues with provider. She was as surprised as I was with the following however. But am concerned since merger that medical history was incorrect on file. Records merged showed I had a history of breast cancer personally... I have been blessed so far NOT to have breast cancer. Also record showed osteoporosis.... my record is osteopenia. Am concerned medical information is being documented incorrectly and could effect medical treatment considerations. Very concerning. Will keep close eye on my records.

Dr. Wood is very professional and friendly. She makes the appointment very calming and pleasant and is very easy to talk to.

Ingrid Wood is one of the best providers I've encountered for a while at Gundersen. She knows me. I don't feel like it was a 5 second scan of my file before she knocked on the door. She was confident. She listened to me and adequately answered my questions.

Great experience

I felt like I wasn't heard and not a unique individual. I didn't have a say in my own care and left very frustrated and defeated

I was supposed to have had a video visit two days before this appointment at 10am. I used the link provided, checked in at 9:45, tested my equipment several times, kept talking so the microphone wouldn't go to sleep, but no one ever connected on Emplify's end. At 10:10 I contacted the Ona clinic and they said I had not tested my equipment. Not true, and why didn't someone try to call? Also, why did they not take steps to complete the video visit at 10:10 when I called? I subsequently received a message that I missed the appointment. I did not. Emplify did.

Upsetting to see an individual bullying an employee at check-in. First, he broke into line. After that, he was exceptionally belligerent throughout. The employees took a lot of guff in a very professional manner. My concern is how much they had to hold inside themselves. No one should have to tolerate such nonsensical attacks.

This was NOT a digital appointment. It was in person. Suggestion for MyChart -- for appointments it would be helpful to know how long the appointment is scheduled for, i.e., 15 minutes, 30 minutes.

This was my first meeting with NP Wood and I was impressed and assured! Meggan Baudek recommended her and I was very happy with her recommendation!!

I appreciate that Ingrid takes the time to listen to me and works with me to come up with a plan that works best for me.

As I have indicated on a number of occasions I experience considerable issues logging into MyChart from my desk top computer. Not at issue from my phone or from a tablet. Also no issues from an email link. I have called to get help but all they say is to clear the history which does not resolve the issue.

The staff were all professional and showed true signs of careful listening and taking in my concerns. I have always been treated with respect. It's the system that provides my deeper concern. Meaning, working with myChart can be challenging, frustrating and hard to understand. The best use of your resources should be given to your support staff in the form of higher wages!
