My surgical consult with Hunter Lee was exceptional in all regards. It was apparent that he had reviewed my record. He listened carefully, clearly communicated all the options, and thoroughly answered all questions I posed. Hunter has a pleasant presence and appeared to be truly interested in my case. I highly recommend him.

I don't like getting the are you here yet texts. They make me feel like I am late and I was not. I was on time. I am driving and they are distracting especially in the crazy parking lot.

They helped me to understand my problem and were very good at helping me to know about mine. Dr. Lee was great, very friendly and easy to understand and answered a lot of questions too.

I was very happy to get surgery scheduled as quickly as they did. The only thing is with the packet I got sent home. There was nothing told or shown where I needed to clean the area I was having surgery on.

I think that in order to improve care for people, it's imperative to have access to doctors consistently. Sometimes with extremely complicated conditions, we need follow-up with the same doctor over a period of time. So having different people seeing you is disruptive to the continuous care. To develop relationship with caregivers, you need to see your provider. So PAs are good for some things, but it's good to see your actual doctor. Because it took me years to even get in with GI and I have not had continuous service with providers such as GI or your

The nurse came out to the lobby and calked my first name only. Another person with the same mage as I got up and she took him back. 3 minutes later they come back out and she calls my first name again. I felt like that other patient got some of my information revealed to him. Not a great way to start my appointment already doubting the staffs intelligence

The problem I have is your pre-registration or whatever it is we do online. Every time I go and fill out the questionnaires, I get asked it again, whether it be just an hour before my visit, and then I come in there, and then they ask the same questions again. It's annoying, and it makes me question why should I even bother?

I am dependent upon valet parking and mobile assistance inside the clinic. (golf cart) Thanks for providing these services. They are more important than one might think.
