When I recently had/have a problem the nurse actually called me right away and got me in with Dr. Werner (my regular PA was booked and Dr. Werner had an opening). She was fantastic!!!! She listened and explained everything. And took her time with me. NEVER LET HER GO!!!!!!

It is pretty sad when the provider tells u that her time is up when she was 15 minutes late for my appointment. What the hell is going on at Empfly health, I have never had to give a bad review but yesterday was rediculous!!!!

Dr Werner took the time to really listen to me at my physical. She answered all my questions and concerns and made me feel at ease with the solutions. I can't imagine seeing anyone else for my health care needs. Simply the best!!

Sometimes I send message to provider but it receive a reply from nurses without input from provider.

Dr. Werner is professional and very approachable. I enjoy having her as my physician.

Heidi is very professional, knowledgeable and kind. I appreciate the way she describes how she will be treating me with my medications, and giving me direction on keeping me healthy as I can be. I feel comfortable talking with her about difficult conversations regarding my health.

You need to get more providers like Dr. Werner that are up to speed with Perimenpause, menopause, and just hormones in general. I know so many people that would benefit from her care and there isn't enough time for her to be the only doctor well versed in this area. She is such a HUGE asset!!!

Very disappointed with the whole different interpreting service platform. This appointment was supposed to be "in/out" but ended up spending over 10+ minutes of them trying to troubleshoot with why the ASL interpreter couldn't see/hear us after 5 minutes in. We had to switch over to the different room to use a different desktop computer but it was still awkward to move the chair and monitor and webcam to be able to see the interpreter and for the interpreter to see me clearly. What happened to iPads? Doctors and nurses are clearly not trained on all of this protocols yet. Time is essence. Thank you.

Dr. Werner is a very intelligent doctor. She listened, asked questions and let me know what to do if my situation wasn't resolved to my satisfaction. Dr. Werner was very interested & very attentive to whatever I had to say. Thank you Dr. Werner for getting me to feel so much better.
