Mychart is useless as login using same member name and password continually have problems ending up having it disconnected. Good idea if it worked for the member

I was very grateful that I was able to get in earlier than my first scheduled appointment due to a cancellation. I did have to call initially to set up the appointment even though I was told that the department would call me following the referral from my primary. Also I was told that PT would call to set up an appointment following my appointment with Dr CHESTELSON. Still haven't received a call, so I will initiate that as well. If the patient needs to initiate appointment calls, please just say that rather than continually say that departments will call when they don't. That does not meet expectations nor patient satisfaction.

Heather Chestelson is an excellent provider: she listens well, she answers thoroughly. She is friendly, open to ideas/questions/suggestions and is quite professional.

There is a lot of pre-visit questions that I had to answer. I've been to appointments recently and don't feel like I should have to do that for every provider. It's linked, after all!

Dr. Chestelson will never truly know how her kindness and willingness to listen and the service she provided made a huge impact on my quality of life.
