I have been with Gundersen for at least 10 years and have nothing but great things to say about the caregivers and support staff. They are the true reason for my loyalty. However, I have noticed a few disturbing changes in the last few years and particularly since the takeover by Bellin and rebranding as "Emplify". First, many of the most devoted and capable caregivers have left - based on the numbers I suspect reasons other than individual life choices. Second, the remaining caregivers and support staff seem to be under a lot of of pressure to move fast and cram in as many patients in as short a time as possible. It appears that Bellin/Emplify is intensifying their interest in profits over people, in spite of their cuddly new name/brand.

Dr. Chestelson always listens to my concerns and together we try to determine how best to treat my continuous issues with plantar fasciitis
