I noticed that in the clinical notes, even if recording our conversation, that interpretation of what was said is not exactly accurate in the clinical note.

Everyone was courteous and showed a loving concern for me.

Navigating my chart is cumbersome in trying to communicate directly with a specific provider

I have noticed many times that when the check-out line is very busy and the check-in line has no one at any of the 3 desks, they will not call the waiting check-out people over, so the line can move quicker. Just makes sense to have check-in people chip in and help.

The blood draw in Holmen was great, one poke and done. This was my first appointment with Hannah in LaCrosse, she explained everything and I couldn't be happier with my care. The person in the infusion department is wonderful, she found my vein without any trouble and it was painless. I have had a little pain with the lupron injection in the past, so I was a little nervous but she was completely painless, I hope I get her every time. Thank you to the team at Gundersen.
