As always, there are two things which consistently differentiate my experience with Gundersen vs other health providers. 1) I am always treated like a human being and a valued patient, instead of just another #. 2) Prompt availability. If I'm needed to seek care for anything, typically I am not needing 3-4 months from now, rather as soon as I can see someone. The Decorah Clinic excels in this regard. Thank you!

I am so grateful to have the varied services (specialties) of health care offerings in our community. I appreciate the MyChart option for check-in and especially for staying in touch with my care provider when I have questions after my appointment, etc. During this time of what seems like regular and fast change in all areas of life, it is comforting to have familiar faces in the medical clinics. This is the first time that I had been to that doctor and I felt really at ease and he was very knowledgeable and answered questions and was very thorough and I would definitely recommend anybody to go to him. So it was a good visit. Bye.

I was very impresssed with Dr. Valkosky he treated my calluses so i would not keep having pain with them. And he gave me recommendations to help. I was very impressed with him.

The mychart portal check ins are too much each and every time one has an appt. Seems worse than before Emplify took over.

Was a greeted by a very friendly person at the check in desk. The nurse and the Dr. are the best and very patient oriented, and concerned.
