Dr Shanks and the team at St Elizabeth's are awesome.

Dr. Shanks was professional, courteous, and respectful as always...the nurse, on the other hand, was significantly less friendly acted at times like I was an inconvenience rather than a patient.

The clinic shouldn't be at the hospital should be a separate building, when you make an appointment and then they want to make another one for a wellness check is ridiculous. My old clinic would just do bloodwork and email it to you for the wellness check so you wouldn't have two bills for two appointments. The only reason I use this clinic is because my doctor moved to Florida so it's close and I'm not sure I'll stick with it. The billing seems to be twice as high as my old clinic which is an hour away. I'm almost tempted to go back even though my doctor's not there any longer.

I'd rather speak to someone in person. Too much to type!

I am very pleased with Dr. shanks. He seems to really care. He thoroughly explained my test results. I was not rushed at all and felt very comfortable talking with him. I would for sure recommend him to my family and friends. He is a real asset to Gunderson.

Yeah. Doctor I had before, this one, but all he was interested was his computer. He wouldn't look at me. I think this doctor was a lot better. He's a personal doctor, not a computer doctor.
