I am very pleased with Dr. shanks. He seems to really care. He thoroughly explained my test results. I was not rushed at all and felt very comfortable talking with him. I would for sure recommend him to my family and friends. He is a real asset to Gunderson.

Yeah. Doctor I had before, this one, but all he was interested was his computer. He wouldn't look at me. I think this doctor was a lot better. He's a personal doctor, not a computer doctor.

The front desk people could be 'warmer' and respectful. They could listen (eye-to-eye) to those of us who are elderly and have weaker voices (and ears) especially when coming in when we are ill.
