Dr. Felicia Balzano is amazing. She explained everything and made sure I was ok. She gave me time to process all information that was provided. She genuinely cared about me and how I was feeling.

I cannot get into mychart, nor can my daughter who is my POA. It's blocked our passwords and won't allow access, we are VERY FRUSTRATED with this, as before Bellin merger, we had NO PROBLEM!

Dr. Balzano was very personable and helpful in discussing my concerns and provided a plan to address my issue. Would highly recommend her and wouldn't hesitate seeing her again.

Dr. Balzano was a GREAT provider. Just incredibly knowledgeable and competent with a great and friendly demeanor that made my anxiety level go down immediately. I was nervous about the procedure and some other concerns but almost instantly realized I was in great hands. I think part of being a great doctor is the ability to put people at ease and establish trust quickly and Dr. Balzano excelled at both. So, so glad she's at Gundersen/Emplify. Five stars!

I can't express how Dr. Balzano put me at ease as I worried about my kidney condition. She even drew a picture of what my problem looked like so I could understand. Her amazing upbeat attitude and caring made the whole visit a great experience. Gundersen is blessed to have her and I was blessed to be referred to her.
