Navigating MyChart is confusing for a first time elderly person.

Everyone was kind and generous and I would like to thank everyone that was there to help me and to listen when I need it.

You started this recap saying there were just a few questions. There were way too many questions, way too many instructions, too complicated. Please update or don't do it. Thanks.

The one thing that bothers me about your operation is the exorbitant fees and then the co-s. The co-pays really make me mad.

The Doctor is always pleasant and professional. Very good experience.

Dr. Jannati was fantastic! She gave me a few options for treatment and explained everything thoroughly. She made certain I was comfortable during the procedure. She is definitely one of the best providers I have seen at Gundersen!!!!

The medical assistant was very friendly and professional. Dr. Jannati is excellent. She is thorough and explains things well. I appreciate the fact that she took extra time with me. My procedures went well and I'm confident that I will be much happier when walking.

Doctor did an excellent job of trimming my calluses then treating with Vaseline at each spot. She truly could see why I come in, I will see how my billing goes to see if I can continue. She is very personable and said she would love to care for my feet again, I found that very sweet. Her notes were very detailed and impressive.

wonderful doctor,my last experience was painful,this doctor made it painless.

I found the new website to be very unfriendly. I had no way to message my PCP through this site. Had to call and be connected to her nurse to relay my message. In the past I would easily message my Dr through MyChart and her nurse would respond with a day.

The Onalaska facility is one of the best anywhere. We drive an hour to get there because of the care you receive there.

the dr. was in and out in about 3 minutes.

Appreciate being able to get an appointment in a timely manner.

I don't use mychart. It removes human interaction and I don't approve of this method for medicine. I call it greed

Excellent visit, very helpful. Wife misplaced her purse. Everybody pulled together to help her find it. Found out when we got home it was at home, but the help and cooperation of the staff was exceptional.

This visit in ONAlaska was a result of the doctor at the main clinic being ill and the need to cancel thst appointment. The ONAlaska visited was scheduled the same time as the cancellation one.

Dr Jannati was a pleasure and took such great care of me. The only negative is she talked very fast and rattled off a bunch of things (shoe brands, treatments, etc) that were overwhelming and I couldn't write down. I wish I had those as on a handout or something.
