After a 45-50 minute wait because provider was overbooked, the visit was <15-20min which felt rushed. Seems contrary to the "Emplify" motto and no fault of provider.

Everyone was very nice. I felt very comfortable in their care. Taken in early and things went smoothly.

The doctor and staff are the best there is. The only problem is that I was there at 8:30 and I didn't get the procedure done till 9:10. Why did I have to come in so early to just sit and wait? I am so glad that I can get my injections here and will come no matter how long I have to wait as it is a wonderful place here in Winona.

Gundersen Winona is a really nice facility. This was my first time there and what a bunch of nice employees.

I was treat by so much care by the staff and Doctor that I came though the procedure in very good results. Please keep this service here in Winona as it is such a great help to us older clients who fine it difficult to have to travel to Lacrosse.

I still don't really know the reason for a steroid injection...such as what it actually does to help. There was an intern in and the provider seemed to care much more about training her than talking to me about what was happening. Treat patients as intelligent human beings rather than a specimen to practice on and bill. The nurses were good.

This provider never asked if I had any questions. Just did injections and walked out. Didn't wait for me to turn over or sit up on table.

It was positive. Appointment was quick and timely.

Dr. Maslowski is a great doctor, very thorough and cares about her patients.

Dr. M is very knowledgeable and my experience during the procedure was above similar ones. Best of all, my pain level dropped significantly after the procedure! That lasted 24 hours, but the pain at this moment is still less than when I started the procedure. And thanks to Emplify (Gundersen) for restarting this injection clinic in Winona.

Exceptional care was provided to me by Dr E. Maslowski. She displayed my MRI and explained my situation. Dr Maslowski provided rationale for her treatment plan and answered all of my questions. I felt she took extra time describing my situation and explaining optional treatment plans.

The knee ablation procedure was quite painful. I would recommend conscious sedation or some form of anesthesia. The doctor said most people don't need anesthesia . . . but never asked what I thought or what my pain level was during the procedure. Other than the pain being severe during the procedure, I was very pleased with the care I received.

Everyone in the department were very friendly and helpful. The doctor and nurses made me feel very comfortable and were "top notch".

Excellent care

Was sprayed with lidocaine on face by eye. I felt like a joke to provider. Wasn't sent home with instructions, procedures in MyChart is different than what I was supposed to have, so no idea what I had done.

Since I had my injections yesterday I am no longer in pain! Wonderful provider! Thank you, Dr Maslowski!!!

The Doctor is courteous and respectful towards me and I honestly feel she is bummed she can't cure me.

Dr. Maslowski and the entire team of care providers in the pain clinic are professional, caring, and so good at what they do. We are so lucky to have doctors at Gundersen like Dr. Maslowski.

Love Gundersen. Hope the new management does as well.

I would have liked her to review MY case with me prior to the procedure. I felt like a "next up", get them "in and out". Stop limiting the time a person spends with the MD.
