Original appointment was canceled but provider still saw me at a later time same day. I was happy since I waited 3 months to be seen.

The reception and check out staff was not friendly like I'm used to at this facility.

Doctor is great. People checking you in need some work. People that come and get you, and go through med list are great. Again, the schedule People at the desk checking you in need work.

One of the issues I find with My Chart, when you blood test needed ordered no place does it tell you if you need to fast. You are told to contact the organization. No one tells you. I have not found it in after visit instructions from the doctor on My Chart either. I have shown up for lab test to be sent home because I didn't know I had to fast.

On time no waiting Dr. explained everything in detail very professional. Nurse was also very caring.

It would be helpful on my chart if they explained more detail about an upcoming treatment appointment. So for example, if you're getting a scrape and burn for your basal cell cancer, and not an excision, that would be helpful. I just think my chart could do a better job of preparing patients for what to expect when they arrive at an appointment. In general, it's great though and very useful.

I was treated with great care. After the procedure, the Dr. Maslowski walked by my room and noticed I was shaking and I told her I was freezing (mostly anxiety and shock from the procedure I think) and she immediately got two warm blankets to wrap me in. It was a very caring, touching thing to do. Thank you.

I had to pursue the need for urgency of this appointment myself and had to convince the staff on a personal level before I could be seen.

I feel that I got good care!

I had an injection around my bicep tendon. Bi means 2. I only got one of my tendons injected. The top one, not the chest one also. I didn't discover this until after I left the clinic. (I don't like needles so I never watch) I personally think the MD should have relayed exactly what she was going to do not just a brief description. I was nervous as it was and didn't think to ask more questions.

Best doctor I've experienced at Gundersen. Really listened to me and Answered all my questions.

Always have a good outcome after I see Dr. Maslowski, my knees feel much better with the PRP injections

After a 45-50 minute wait because provider was overbooked, the visit was <15-20min which felt rushed. Seems contrary to the "Emplify" motto and no fault of provider.

Everyone was very nice. I felt very comfortable in their care. Taken in early and things went smoothly.

The doctor and staff are the best there is. The only problem is that I was there at 8:30 and I didn't get the procedure done till 9:10. Why did I have to come in so early to just sit and wait? I am so glad that I can get my injections here and will come no matter how long I have to wait as it is a wonderful place here in Winona.

Gundersen Winona is a really nice facility. This was my first time there and what a bunch of nice employees.

I was treat by so much care by the staff and Doctor that I came though the procedure in very good results. Please keep this service here in Winona as it is such a great help to us older clients who fine it difficult to have to travel to Lacrosse.

I still don't really know the reason for a steroid injection...such as what it actually does to help. There was an intern in and the provider seemed to care much more about training her than talking to me about what was happening. Treat patients as intelligent human beings rather than a specimen to practice on and bill. The nurses were good.

This provider never asked if I had any questions. Just did injections and walked out. Didn't wait for me to turn over or sit up on table.

It was positive. Appointment was quick and timely.

Dr. M is very knowledgeable and my experience during the procedure was above similar ones. Best of all, my pain level dropped significantly after the procedure! That lasted 24 hours, but the pain at this moment is still less than when I started the procedure. And thanks to Emplify (Gundersen) for restarting this injection clinic in Winona.

It was just all around a great experience.

She works to find a solution for me.
