I don't know why you have to see a nurse practitioner and the surgeon? Couldn't he just tell you about the procedure? Seems like you're putting an extra person in the loop that doesn't need to be there. And of course that means more cost for more office visits. If your goal is to get more money out of us; it's working.

There is no signage onsite or information in MyCare as to the location of Surgery Clinic, so I followed just blindly followed the directions taking the LONG, CIRCUITOUS route to find Elevator E and access the 3rd floor only to discover upon arrival that I could have used other Elevators from the Clinic lobby to go to the 3rd floor and arrive at my destination more quickly. I must say it did help me get my steps in though. I felt sorry for those patients and especially their care providers who had to push wheelchairs over that unnecessary long route.

First of all, I received my usual text message to remind me of the appt. and complete the Medicare questions. However, once again the link does not go through and there is no place on my personal account to complete this required questionnaire ahead of time. I asked the reception personnel why this is happening and again was told, for the third time, that "they don't know what is happening". I was just asked if any of my answers to the medicare questions has changed, I replied "no" and that was the end of that conversation. What is going on with your MyChart check-in system?
