Mychart's added authentification code is very difficult to use with only a phone. I need to have my laptop open as well to access and enter the code.?

Appointment went well. I wish I had been able to get scheduled with OBGYN right away, but I was happy with the service I received.

Erin was very helpful answering all of my questions so I could understand what to expect. Everything is going quite well during my recovery. Thank you to all involved for making my experience bearable.

Confusing at times but, Iam almost 85..!!! I do like it tho..!!

I really did not see a need for this appointment. In my opinion, follow up's should only be if someone is having difficulties. I thought it was wasting her time, as I am sure she is very busy, and my time.

The doctor was a fill in, pushed it out an hour, 1 hour and 40 minutes before check-in. Maybe he had a surgery, but also I found it incredibly unprofessional for a medical appointment. He said he was filling in for the doctor, so I don't know the whole story but it was frustrating. He seemed knowledgeable and good at his job but bed side manner maybe lacking.

Everyone was so nice and kind.

The experience was very good and they helped me in any way they could.

I don't know why you have to see a nurse practitioner and the surgeon? Couldn't he just tell you about the procedure? Seems like you're putting an extra person in the loop that doesn't need to be there. And of course that means more cost for more office visits. If your goal is to get more money out of us; it's working.
